Deposits and Payments
Custom Complete Wedding Packages at Brunwick Wedding Chapel & Events, Inc require the following terms
All Deposits are Non-Refundable in the event of Cancellation

Save The Date Deposit

$250.00

(when you know the date but haven't picked a package yet. Package must be chosen within 14 days of Saving the Date, at which time the second $250 of the standard deposit is due)

 

 Standard Deposit

$500.00   

(when you know the date and what package you want)

Once you have chosen your package and customized your event, you may add to your package, but cannot downsize your chosen package.

 

 

Payments

Monthly payments will be set up for the remaining balance with the last payment due 30 days before event.

 

If event is booked within 30 days of event, full balance due at time of booking.

 

We gladly accept   as well as cash or local checks.

Cancellation  Policy

Any cancellation must be done in writing by the paying patron. Any money received by Brunwick Wedding Chapel will be kept to offset loss of other bookings, time and/or products purchased for event. We will be happy to reschedule your event to prevent cancellation in the event of military or govermment assignments.

Postponement/Rescheduling Policy

If it becomes necessary to postpone or reschedule your wedding date we will be happy to do so with written notification more than 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date.  For wedding dates postponed or rescheduled less than 30 days before the scheduled wedding date there is a $50 rescheduling fee, unless postponement or rescheduling is due to military or government reassignment. Postponed or rescheduled  weddings must be rescheduled within 60 days from the date of your postponement letter, contigent upon chapel availability.  The original date of postponement or rescheduling (receipt of written notification) will become the effective cancellation date should the wedding not be rescheduled.

 

Alcoholic Beverages may be provided by the Wedding Party and are the sole responsibility of such party. However, we retain the right to limit the amount of such beverages for each event. Brunwick Wedding Chapel staff will not serve any alcoholic beverages to guests. The providing party will ensure that no guest under legal drinking age will be allowed to drink alcohol or that any guests will become unruly due to excessive alcoholic consumption. Brunwick Wedding Chapel will in no way be responsible for any illegal actions by any person or party on our property or after leaving our property due to alcohol consumption.  In the event of an unruly guest, local law enforcement will be notified. Nothing alcoholic will be allowed outside of facility, on the stairs or sidewalk. If empty liquor/alcohol containers are left behind outside, there will be a $250 clean up fee required at the end of the event.
