Intimates-For those couples who want an intimate ceremony outside the courthouse or on a small budget, we have four options to choose from!
The Bride and Groom must get their marriage license from the county clerks office. You may call the county clerks office at (479)782-5065 to find out their hours and requirements.

These packages are designed to be small, intimate events and provide "standard" services needed for your small ceremony & reception. They are available:
Sunday thru Friday-anytime
Saturday-Before 2pm (event must end by 4pm on Saturdays)
OPTION 1
A private ceremony between the Bride and Groom that includes the following:
This option does not allow music or attendants (bridesmaids. Groomsmen, flower girl, ring bearer) or any food and/or drinks.
$100
(you may add up to 5 guests at $10 per guest, including children)
Full payment due at time of booking and is non-refundable if cancelled. We can work to reschedule your event if needed as booking allows.
We accept as well as
cash or debit cards.

OPTION 2
An intimate ceremony between the bride and groom which also includes the following:

This option does not allow attendants (Bridesmaids. Groomsmen, flower girl, ring bearer, you may have 1 person each stand up for you but they do not come into music)
Full payment due at time of booking and is non-refundable if cancelled. We can work to reschedule your event if needed as booking allows.

An intimate ceremony between the bride and groom which also includes the following:

- Traditional Bridal March/Recessional Music
- Small 2 Tier Cake (white cake/white icing)
- Nuts & Mints
- Sparkling Cider
- Plates, cups, forks, napkins
- Use of Bridal Suite/Grooms Suite
- Up to 20 guests
- 2 hour Chapel Usage
$500
$250 due at time of booking and final $250 due 30 days before event. Full pyament required on events booked within 30 days of event date. We can work to reschedule your event if needed as booking allows.

OPTION 4
"An Intimate Affair"
This package is a perfect "middle of the road" wedding with reception for those couples who want a nice, small but intimate affair at a reasonable rate.

- 2 Tier wedding cake

- Toasting glasses (you keep)
- Guest book (you keep)
- Unity Candle with Tapers
- Nuts and mints
- Punch and punch fountain
- Coffee and coffee urn
- Plates, cups, forks and napkins for the cake, punch & coffee
- Up to 2 attendants each
- Use of bridal suite/grooms room for dressing and makeup
- Up to 30 guests (includes children over 2 years of age)
- Staff to assist in every detail of your day (set up, clean up & staff the event)
- 3 1/2 hour chapel usage day of event
- 30 minute rehearsal
$1250.00
$250 required at time of booking,$250 due 14 days after booking, $250 due 90 days prior to event, $250 due 60 days prior to event and final $250 due 30 days prior to event.
For events booked within 30 days of event, full payment due at booking.
The items offered in each package are services provided by our staff for your convenience. Should you choose to omit any of the services included for any reason, please be aware that the pricing will remain as quoted.
